Haylie Havlik

With over eight years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry, Haylie is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the home financing process with confidence. She takes pride in building lasting relationships with her clients, and especially enjoys working with repeat members, referrals, and first-time homebuyers.

Known for her approachable personality, strong communication, and commitment to member service, Haylie strives to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether clients are purchasing their first home, upgrading to their next chapter, or refinancing, she is dedicated to guiding them every step of the way.

Originally born and raised in Iowa, Haylie and her husband recently relocated to Fond du Lac and are excited to immerse themselves in Wisconsin culture, while becoming active members of the local Fond du Lac County and Dodge County communities. Throughout her time in Iowa, Haylie was heavily involved in community outreach and leadership, serving as a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, participating in a local mentorship program, and dedicating six years as a board member for United Way. She also proudly served as chair member for her hometown’s Day of Caring initiative for six years.

Outside of work, you can usually find Haylie with a good book in hand or at a dirt track racetrack cheering on her husband as he races modifieds. Together, they enjoy fishing, biking, hiking, and exploring all that Wisconsin has to offer. They are also currently working on improving their golf game. Family is incredibly important to Haylie, and she is a proud auntie to many bonus nieces and nephews.

Now serving the Wisconsin market with Empeople Credit Union, Haylie is excited to combine her industry knowledge with a community-focused approach to help clients achieve their homeownership goals.
