eStatements give you what you need, when you need it. An eStatement is an electronic version of your paper account statement. Besides saving paper and reducing cost (that we can return to you in the form of member value), eStatements make it easy to access a wealth of information very quickly. You can see 15 months of statements online at any time by simply logging into Digital Banking. To sign up, simply click the “eDocuments” link within Digital Banking.

Depositing a check has never been faster or easier. To deposit checks by mobile device, simply take a picture of the front and back of the check and send the images to Empeople via our Digital Banking App. Once our software can verify the check, you will have immediate access to your funds up to $3,000. 90% of checks are cleared instantly; most others are approved within 2 business days. Mobile wallet

A mobile wallet combines all the benefits a debit or credit card with the convenience of your mobile device, so you can save even more time at the checkout. Make purchases at participating merchants and pay with your mobile wallet, using a smartphone, tablet, or smartwatch instead of a payment card.

How mobile wallets work:

  1. Download the mobile wallet app.
  2. Add your credit card or debit card information to the mobile wallet.
  3. To check out at participating merchants, open the mobile wallet and choose your card. For an in-store purchase, hold your mobile device at the secure terminal.
Universal pay symbol is used to show customers when they can pay using a mobile wallet. Look for this symbol to determine if the transaction terminal at a retailer has contactless payment capabilities.

The best way to build credit when you don’t need to borrow money

You’ve done the hard part. You’ve built up savings, organized your credit union or bank accounts and created some financial stability.  But there’s one piece missing: your credit history.  If you’ve never used credit before, it can feel like a catch-22: You need credit history to qualify for credit cards or loans — but you need credit cards or loans to start building credit history in the first place.  But if you’ve already been investing in your financial health, you’re in a […]
